"Above and beyond service and just a darn good guy. Eric found me broken down on my Yamaha about a mile up the road trying to fix my bike in the parking lot of an auto parts store. He didn't just stop and help me, he asked me to come to his shop and let him look at it. He went to the point of making sure my tires had the right PSI. Eric showed me some tips and trips and gave me knowledge on proper maintenance of my motorcycle to avoid future issues. At the end he didn't even charge me, just wanted me to have a safe trip.
